Jack Pachuta, MSI's president and owner, a professional trainer and consultant with extensive organizational development experience, designed the program, and will facilitate the event. Pachuta has pioneered tying content with entertainment through the use of Mystery Seminars.

Pachuta has worked with international companies and organizations on three continents. He was an Army officer, and the field director of the first-ever interactive cable television project funded by a National Science Foundation grant to Michigan State Universitty.

He was also a vice president of a nationwide corporation where he coordinated training and consulting projects for the corporation as well as for major clients.

In 1982, Pachuta began writing murder mysteries. After the events of 9/11, his training and consulting business was affected, so he turned to his murder mystery writing for a revenue stream.

He now offers a variety of innovative murder mystery products in addition to his leadership training, including his on-site programs and interactive Zoom events. Pachuta has authored 22 publications that are available via Amazon and other internet booksellers.

Holding masters degrees from both the University of Southern California and Michigan State University, he is married with two daughters and a cat named Zoey, Pachuta and his English wife, Renira, live next to a Christmas tree farm in southeastern Wisconsin.
